Manifestation doesn’t fail because you’re doing it wrong. It struggles when subconscious beliefs are still running the show.


In Day 2 of the Manifestation Challenge, we gently trace the root of the beliefs that may be quietly limiting what you allow yourself to receive. These beliefs often formed early—as protection, conditioning, or survival—and they continue to shape choices, relationships, confidence, money, and self-trust long after they’re needed. This episode is an invitation to slow down, bring compassion to your inner world, and begin consciously rewriting the story.


You’ll be guided through five powerful journaling prompts designed to challenge and reprogram the subconscious mind:

  • What is one belief I’ve been holding about myself that might be limiting me?
  • Where did this belief come from, and how has it shown up in my life?
  • What evidence do I have that this belief is not actually true?
  • What new empowering belief can I choose to replace this old one?
  • What is one small action I can take today that aligns with this new belief?


There is no rushing this process. No forcing positivity. Just awareness, honesty, and choice. Grab your journal. Let curiosity lead instead of self-judgment. Remember: awareness is the beginning of freedom. This work creates the internal safety required for manifestation to feel natural, sustainable, and embodied—rather than something you’re constantly trying to “make happen.
