Today, we're talking about self-compassion as a power tool of resilience. Studies actually show that, actually, it's not just hustle and perseverance that leads to resilience — much of it is also self-compassion. WHAT???


You mean to tell me that all the times I powered through, I could've actually listened to my heart and I could've come out even more resilient, more productive, more alive vs burning out?!
