Cynthia Abma is a Dutch actress, born in Rotterdam.

Cynthia studied at the Faculty of Drama at the Hogeschool van de Kunst in Utrecht and played roles in various films and TV series. Next to this she did theater and presented several TV programs

She is also a EFT therapist and works as an intimacy coordinator on film sets, helping to ensure a safe atmosphere during filmshoots between actors, directors and the crew.
