Welcome to the thirtieth episode of the 75 Hard Challenge: A Dad´s Transformation Story. My wife's advanced training is finally over, so we can spend today together. Despite the wind, it is super nice weather, so we first explore the island on foot for some time and then get on the bike to see more. The kids got to bed early, so we could spend a relaxing movie night on the sofa, which we had not had in a long time.
