Today's fast may be a bit of a heavy topic to process. As followers of Christ, we couldn't fathom wanting to intentionally mock our saviour. Because we live in a fallen world, we may not realize that we may be mocking Him without ever realizing it. Ask God to give you discernment and grace as you put this fast into practice.
