Welcome to Day 32 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!

The focus of this week is LEADERSHIP... or dare I say leadershift :) We're going to be defining what leadership may mean to each of us, possibly shifting your mindset to believing that YOU are a leader, discussing what operating with integrity looks like — along with sharing my own personal stories of working with former mentors and what I've learned from them, what I disagree with, and why I no longer associate myself with them.

Today, I want your attention before you accept more new clients, and encourage you to check in with your CURRENT ones. Are they happy with your services thus far? Are their expectations being met or are they disappointed / still waiting on a promise you made?

NEVER assume. This slight adjustment could determine whether or not your loyal customers stay AND whether or not they'll help make things easier with word-of-mouth marketing and vouching for you.
