Day 4 Inspirational Tip: NEAT = Non-exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Dr Oluwajana says: 'Increasing your NEAT increases your metabolic rate as you will burn more calories throughout the day. People with higher NEAT levels are often more successful at achieving and maintaining weight loss.
Day 5: Taking it back inside to stretch and meditate!
