Day 40| Go in Power, Courage and Testimony
Welcome to Day 40 of The Returning Daughter 40-Day Fast. Today we rejoice in all God has done, all He has restored, and all He is sending us into. As we meditate on 2 Timothy 1:7–8, we remember that God has given us a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. We do not shrink back. We rise as daughters who have returned, been renewed, and are now sent to live boldly for Christ.
In this devotion, we reflect on how God has carried us, transformed us, and filled us with His Spirit. We look back with gratitude and look forward with courage. Christ has restored us, strengthened us, and now commissions us to live as vessels of His truth in our homes, marriages, families, communities, and the world.
In this devotion we reflect on:
How God empowers us to walk in courage, love, and spiritual stability
Why our testimony matters and how God uses it to draw others to Christ
How we can live as witnesses in everyday life, carrying the presence of Jesus into every space
What it means to guard the good deposit placed within us and keep in step with the Holy Spirit
Reflection Question:
Where is God calling you to boldly live out your testimony as you step into this new season?
