Welcome to Week 1 Day 4 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!


The focus of this week is to spend these 7 days getting you grounded and setting your intentions for the challenge.


Today, I really want to encourage you to not seek PERFECTION as a goal for the 100-Day Challenge. Perfectionism is a misconception as if there is ever a real ending to our evolution. Once we think we've reached "perfect", we're saying there is nothing left to learn here. Impossible. Even Black Belts keep learning.


Instead, seek fulfillment. Seek the EMOTION you're chasing after FROM perfection. This way, you'll actually see that you have power to feel fulfilled every single day.
