Welcome to Day 43 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!
This week we're focusing on friendships, relationships, and mentorships — and all of the SHIFTS we may experience in them.
Today, I want to share with you all a theory that I have when it comes to friendships. I call it the ONION theory. This is the same concept that helped me navigate long-distance friendships in college, and then again when I moved across the country, as well as when I was going through the transition of becoming an entrepreneur.
Does every single friendship stay in life? Do we always have to cancel everyone? Is it possible for people to come and go, come back again? Let's talk about it!
Message me or tag me in your stories @jiggy_yoon & @shift_thepodcast — I'd love to know how your journey is going!
