Late today because I’m sick. But also not because I’m sick.

I “called in” sick via email this morning. I should be in bed. But clearing my urgent items from work so I don’t have a train crash to deal with when I get back to the office has actually occupied me for the past two hours, to the point I’ve lost track of time entirely.

Clearly work/life is a little out of balance. But I’m trying to power through a headache and nausea to get enough off my desk that i can actually focus on recovery. And so, back to work… then back to bed.
