Today, I want to talk about your relationship with... Earth, the universe, God, the spirits, the sun, the moon, the stars, whatever it is — anything that is bigger than all of us.

This episode's intention isn't to convert you into any religious beliefs or... cults... or... yea no nothing like that. It's just an offering of perspective when it comes to — hey, what would your life and even stress levels look like if you believed that someone had your back, they're by your side, they have your best interest at heart, they're looking out for you even when you're asleep?
