Short run this morning — and a slow one. I really need to train back up! I think it’ll be a short ramp to 10k, but I definitely need to run that ramp.

Still enjoying fostering, but it. takes. time. I’m in with the l’il dude about 45-60 minutes a day, just sitting and paying attention to him. And it’s a chunk out of my day, but when I think of it from the cat’s perspective, he’s alone a LOT and while I don’t have a ton of time to spare, it’s important to make it for the l’il fella.
