Meditation has changed my life in more ways than one but most of them come to one central theme. Focusing on the now. This whole podcast can be summed up in those four words. There's no more perfect time other than right now. In this episode, I talk about how meditation has changed my life over the past year. So far, I've done almost 300 sessions on the Headspace app and accumulated almost 70 hours of total meditation time. I don't recommend anything to anyone that I haven't tried, this is something I'm recommending. Take 10 minutes a day for yourself. You don't need an app, just sit and breathe.
