Day 5: Pause 1 - The Cave

Our unconscious lives are full of many moments throughout the day. Some are good, some are bad. We make ourselves a meal for the day. We check our Instagram feed when we get into bed at night. But what if we pressed pause on these moments, and allowed God to get involved in our rhythms, and shape them for the better? And not just ours, but what about the people around us? What would it look like to be a part of a connected community that was committed to shared rhythms of pausing throughout the day? Radical, transformational and Jesus would definitely be there.
