Welcome to Day 5 of the Returning Daughter 40-Day Fast. Today we reflect on Isaiah 55:6, “Seek the Lord while He may be found; call on Him while He is near.” Together, we are learning that true fulfillment is only found in God—not in our routines, achievements, or the things we try to control.
In this devotion, we explore what it means to seek the Lord first and to reorder our priorities around His presence. When we slow down and seek God in the quiet moments, our hearts begin to align with His will and our perspective begins to shift. God not only provides the answers we long for, but He transforms our hearts in the process.
