Multiple things can be true and exist, and, yet, it's about gaining a sense of self, having clarity with your goals, and being confident that'll help bring you to your best, most authentic self and help you grow.

Today, let's clarify if that person you're hiring, that person you're dating, that person you're spending time with has this opportunity because they are qualified or simply because they are available.

The more you simply give out opportunities to those who are simply available, the more costly it will be in the long run.
