Welcome to Day 85 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!


This week, we're focusing on self-love and cultivating our relationship with what it means for each of us individually. I want to emphasize the word "relationship" because it's an ever-growing journey. Self-love isn't something to perfect. It's an opportunity to get to learn about ourselves every single day for the rest of our lives.


Today, let's unfold and talk about self-talk because the mind is such a powerful place. If we want to build self-love, there are so many things to unlearn and self-talk is highly one of them. We can be nice and compassionate to ourselves or be mean and threatening to ourselves.


I want to reassure you that if you had a hard time with self-talk, it's not that there's anything wrong with you and it's your fault. It's very possible that that self-talk exists because of the conditions you grew up in. It may not even be your voice at the end of the day, it could be someone else's. Let's explore more.
