This is not punishment.This is feedback from a responsive universe —a mirror of coherence, clarity, or dysregulation depending on what we are broadcasting through our breath, our body, and our internal field.

As the saying goes:✨ “Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.”But even deeper:✨ Change the state you look from, and reality reorganizes around you.

In today’s 8-minute transmission, I share a simple, almost humorous reflection of this truth:My Wi-Fi looked like it was on — yet nothing was working.No connection.No flow.No clarity.

This mirrored my own internal state.Even after a beautiful grounding-coherence practice with Steve, there was still a residue of “busy hum” inside me —a quiet misalignment that looked fine on the outside but wasn’t actually connected on the inside.

When I paused… breathed… and dropped back into presence…Everything synced again.Inside and outside.Body and field.Intention and experience.

I also share Steve’s story —how he’d been struggling for days to get his website to work.Nothing flowed.Everything jammed.Until he shifted his attitude and state:breath… gratitude… presence…And suddenly, the technology responded.His website came alive effortlessly, with more clarity and ease than before.
