And sometimes the purest teaching of Presence arrives through play —through the soft joy of a dog like FloJo,running free, tumbling in delight, reminding you that belonging is natural, effortless, instinctual.

FloJo doesn’t question her right to be here.She doesn’t wonder if she’s doing enough.She simply is.Fully.Joyfully.Open-heartedly present.

Her body knows the way.Her spirit remembers the truth:When you relax into the moment,you return to the innocence of being,not the tension of becoming.

Today is a devotion to that remembering.

A slowing down…A softening inward…A gentle exhale into I Am Divine Love —not as a concept, but as an embodied experience in your cells, breath, and awareness.

Life is always speaking.Always reflecting.Always showing us the subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways our state of being shapes our experience.

This mirrored my own internal state.Even after a beautiful grounding-coherence practice with Steve, there was still a residue of “busy hum” inside me —a quiet misalignment that looked fine on the outside but wasn’t actually connected on the inside.

When I paused… breathed… and dropped back into presence…Everything synced again.Inside and outside.Body and field.Intention and experience.

I also share Steve’s story —how he’d been struggling for days to get his website to work.Nothing flowed.Everything jammed.Until he shifted his attitude and state:breath… gratitude… presence…And suddenly, the technology responded.His website came alive effortlessly, with more clarity and ease than before.

Because this is the truth of the New Earth frequency:💛 Life meets you where YOU are.💛 Your state is the transmitter.💛 Your nervous system is the tuning dial.💛 Your breath is the bridge.

You choose coherence over approval.Self-trust over shaping.Honesty over hiding.Alignment over appeasing.

Because when you are coherent,your nervous system relaxes,your energy stabilizes,and your truth holds itself without needing external confirmation.

Before we speak, respond, set boundaries, or initiate connection…our system often echoes old memories:tension, contraction, fear of being misunderstood, or the instinct to protect.This is the residue of survival programming, the imprint of an older version of Earth where we were conditioned to brace, defend, or diminish ourselves.

Day 86 offers a pathway out of that.A remembering.A return to the body’s natural intelligence.

What have you noticed is your daily non-negotiable’s with yourself and those you relate with most ?

For myself & Steve it is a renewed committent to 5 mins ( Or longer ) daily seated back to back for nervous system regulation and relational co-regulation. This Is somatic couples medicine.

Talk comes after this attunement and through a regulated nervous system.

This Is the foundation from which our new chapter grows

This week brought to the surface where both of us have been operating on outmoded ancestral survival patterns from a nervous system perspective.

So a bit of relationship advice ( does not have to be romantic btw ), maybe it is not that the relationship is not working, it’s that both nervous systems are deregulated and you did not realise to the extend this was running the show.

So please offer yourself and others as much gentleness, patience, breath attunement, feet on the earth for grounding into embodied presence. ( non negotiable )

Talk is cheap these times as the somatic conversation is getting louder. This translates to no more overriding your bodies messages for deep rest and real nourishment by tuning into and digesting only that which is supportive and loving for body, mind, energy and soul.

And with a sigh, i remind you and I , we got this by knowing somatically ( within nervous system regulation practices ) that we are not alone.

And after the week i have experienced, i realise we can know this and yet our body is not fully registering it and thus operating from a deeper ancestral survival patterns of “unsafe to rest” ; to feel, to trust, to let go and be held.

The internel shifts that are happening are monumental and mean everything to where we are going uniqely and as a collective of humanity.

The sooner you can make peace with the transitions ( internal and external ) and accept where we came from as it deconstructs, dissolves and opens up new neural pathways of coherance, love, clarity and compassionate wisdom. The more graceful the ride will be.

I AM HERE ~ Aligning & Shining daily !!!

Adaptation is the key, listening more deeply inward and breaking the rules when the heart guides.

After being mostly consistent with showing up daily for my 111 Days to Align and Shine. I realised I have nothing to prove to myself or God or you. That is what I have been re-remembering this last week, Smiles!

It has felt more liberating to not do the daily lives and to trust and know all is well; I did not fail anyone or give up on myself. I am still here aligning and shining on camera, off camera, raw, real, authentic, messy and magically.

“ Imperfect perfect and perfectly imperfect “ just like my Day 83 video cutting out when the battery of my laptop went. Haahaa and Steve joked afterwards “ I was just about to drop a wisdom bomb “ LOL
