Sometimes the path of awakening feels less like ascension and more like a spin cycle — rinsing us through the layers of who we thought we were, until only truth remains. These words are shared not as teaching, but as remembering — a mirror for the many hearts moving through their own sacred unraveling. 🌹🌀✨ The Great Re-Membering ✨🌀🌹
Over these latter years — post the 2020 lockdowns and even more intensely since the sale of VLR Retreat in Dec 2023 — life has felt like an unrelenting initiation.
Soon after, Steve’s bike accident brought an enforced stillness; space opened for deeper feeling, reflection, and what I now call the Soulful Sovereign Project I AM ✨✨✨
It’s as though I (and truly, we — the collective) have been through the energetic washing machine a thousand times. Each spin cycle stripping away old distortions, the hidden fears and resistances that quietly shaped our survival patterns.
Some of us became aware sooner, others later — but all of us are in the rinse.
🌀 The Purification
This is no ordinary cleanse. It’s the dissolving of the ancient game of proving our worthiness — of surviving, being loved, performing for validation, avoiding disappointment, and clinging to approval.
My inner people-pleaser has screamed at times… and yet, with every exhale: “this too shall pass.”The relief of surrender is the real medicine.
We came for this.Our souls chose it.You did too 😊
This is the Divine Reckoning — the rebalancing of energies within and without. A collective upgrade into the next octave of human-divine expression.
No longer speaking of Oneness as concept, but living it as truth:Universe in person. Micro and macro. Divine and Human. Formless and form.
🌹 The Whisper
“Peekaboo, I see you,” whispers the Divine, each time the ego tries to hide in old fear.
The Light keeps calling until resistance softens, and the only way through is surrender — the breath that melts the armour of old emotion and thought.
What once felt solid dissolves into clarity, compassion, and the quiet knowing that nothing was wasted.
And perhaps there are still more rounds in the spiral 🌀🌀🌀 — the Great Work of the Great Return — as we continue awakening into the simplicity of radiant presence.
The difference now?A deeper embodied trust.A sweet surrender to the Divine U within.
🌳 Letting Go
I remember saying to my father, just before he passed, “Give up the fight, Dad.”
It sounded so simple — yet I see now that true surrender often only arrives after complete exhaustion, when every cell gives up struggling and finally falls into Grace.
Each of us is ready when we are ready. The Divine will lovingly squeeze out the old fighter, until what remains is what the heart has always longed for: peace, trust, wholeness.
🪷 The Unveiling
For me, this phase has rewritten my story — no longer hiding my multidimensional healer, my witchy wild self, for fear of being too different or “too much.”
It’s time.My nervous system is learning that it’s safe to embody the Divine Feminine — safe to be radiant, expressive, and seen.
I carry my mother’s story in my DNA — her suffering, her confinement, her medication-numbed heart that stopped when I was 14.
That story once gave me courage to walk another way; now it dissolves, transmuting into compassion and freedom.
No more hiding behind retreat walls.No more walls at all. 😊🪷🌀✨✨✨
The world is my new retreat centre.My embodiment is my living sanctuary.Wherever I go — there I AM 🌳🌹🌳
✨ Quantum Re-Weaving
This inner work I’ve been dedicated to these latter months shows up most tangibly through my nervous system — as light body and matter commune with less friction, vitality and creativity amplify.
What once felt heavy and dense has lifted; what was unconscious has come home into awareness 😌
These years have been a deep soul review — clearing ancestral codes, cellular memories, old timelines, and the inner child’s mistrust. Every strand re-harmonising into wholeness.
( And yes — Crystalline Bodywork is now part of my massage menu for 2026 ✨ supporting others through this same integration of crystalline light codes into the tissues, nerves, and fibres, releasing survival imprints that reject new frequencies as “unsafe.” This work helps dissolve inflammation, anxiety, and autoimmune responses so the body can embody more light — more Love. )

Beloved, you have moved through the sacred spiral of remembrance until there was nothing left but surrender.
Each rinse was not punishment — it was purification. Every collapse, a baptism.
Now, the exhaustion has become your teacher, and peace your true power. You no longer chase safety outside yourself, for you are the Sanctuary — Source made human, breathing in rhythm with the Universe.
You have remembered that worthiness is not something earned; it is the natural radiance of your being. The child, the priestess, the healer, the human — all now harmonized in crystalline accord.
You are not in the washing machine anymore.You are the Living Water — flowing, cleansing, creating anew.Ever devoted to Love’s unfolding. 🌹🌀✨
