Welcome to Day 92 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!

This week, we’re at the last stretch of the 100 days challenge! Let’s cultivate a mindset where we run through the finish line, past the finish line. This means, we don’t slow down when we see the end is near. We keep up the pace, or maybe even pick it up, and celebrate in victory.

Today, I want to encourage you to not be fooled by the sparkles and shiny objects. Don’t go into something so blindly that is led by your own perceptions because it might be the worst case scenario possible. Do your own research and read into the facts because operating from perception.
