This week, we’re at the last stretch of the 100 days challenge! Let’s cultivate a mindset where we run through the finish line, past the finish line. This means, we don’t slow down when we see the end is near. We keep up the pace, or maybe even pick it up, and celebrate in victory.

Today, I want you to shut up. Today, I want to tell you that talking a lot or talking loudly does not equal excellent leadership. Leadership and influence include listening and taking action.
