Day 96: Judges 19-21

DAY 96: Judges 19–21
Judges 19–21 brings the book to its darkest conclusion, revealing the full collapse of a people who have abandoned the Lord. What begins as horrific injustice spirals into civil war, moral confusion, and deeply compromised attempts at restoration, showing that when God’s authority is removed, even the pursuit of justice becomes corrupted. The repeated refrain—everyone did what was right in their own eyes—exposes a society unraveling at every level, where human autonomy leads not to freedom but to destruction. These chapters ultimately point to Christ, the true King, whose righteous rule restores what sin has broken, transforms His people from within, and establishes a kingdom that will not descend into chaos but steadily advances in justice and holiness.
