DAY 98: 1 Samuel 1–3
1 Samuel 1–3 marks the turning point from the chaos of Judges to the reestablishment of God’s Word in Israel. In the aftermath of moral collapse, God does not begin with political power or military strength, but by raising up a prophet through whom His voice will be heard again. Through Hannah’s faithful prayer, Samuel’s calling, and the judgment on corrupt leadership, we see that true renewal begins with restored revelation. These chapters ultimately point to Christ, the true and greater Prophet, who not only speaks the Word of God but is the Word made flesh, establishing a kingdom grounded not in human strength but in divine truth, and advancing His reign by restoring His people through His voice.
