Do you know someone who seems to overthink stuff or waffle to and fro on making a decision. Indecision is actually a decision.
In this episode we look at why we procrastinate and how we can take charge and make decisions that impact our lives.
My guest, Karen Kessler, helps people see clearly on what they need to do. She is a speaker, author, master coach and a leadership trainer.
This week we look at keeping a positive mindset, because right now having a positive attitude is more important than ever. My guest Christen James (CJ) will be sharing how to cultivate a growth mindset so that you are ready for whatever comes your way.
CJ is a mindset and transition coach working with aspiring and new entrepreneurs, taking them from struggling to strategic in their thinking. She is also one of the most positive people I know.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we are talking to three women, from across Canada, who have had breast cancer and they share their stories of survival. As a member of the breast cancer club myself, I am only too aware of how this disease is a life-changer. You will learn more from Leisse Wilcox who was a young single mother when she faced this diagnosis and she shares how she managed with three young children. Next up is Kim Duke who was 50 and when she was diagnosed and as a result made big changes in her life, and then we have Meryl Cook who was older and who used her rug hooking as a way to tell her story and heal herself.
All three women have written books in which they include their story -
To Call Myself Beloved by Leisse Wilcox
A Fine Mess by Kim Duke
One Loop at a Time by Meryl Cook
And in my latest book - 20/20 Looking back on a Life Well-lived and the Lessons Learned, I also give a snapshot of my cancer story.
