When you consciously find relief, then you are able to regain creative control of your own experience, then you are on your way to go wherever you wish to go.
Tonight’s meditation is simple. We breathe as we listen to the birds and small animals in the early morning hours as they get ready for the day as we drift to sleep.
Do we use substances to get to that better feeling thought especially around certain people? Circumstances? When we are alone? Why? Let’s think about that when the situation arises, it’s interesting… . ☯️
No matter what our thoughts are about, “important” or not, we have to be aware of them so we can change them to better feeling thoughts. It makes a huge difference in our lives because they add up! 🙌🏻💪🏻
You can encourage others but you have no power within the lives of others, for they are offering their own vibrations, just as you are offering your own vibrations for your point of attraction. 🙌🏻😉
What are we saying to ourselves daily? What are these tiny labels we put on ourselves all the time..I’m always late, I’m not patient, I’m an awkward person..let’s look at these things and see the correlation to our experiences. ☮️
How do we restore a garden? How do we restore ourselves? We listen to the rain as we slowly drift off to sleep and imagine ourselves as a garden coming back to life.
Your emotions are a sure fire way to see if something feels right for YOU. How will I feel afterwards if I do this? How will I feel afterwards if I don’t do this? Be honest with yourself because only you truly know deep down inside how you will feel. Finally, have a nice Saturday! 🌻

About Day Dreamer To Reality - Daily Law of Attraction
From the publisher's feed
This podcast is based on Ask And It Is Given, a perpetual calendar that is about the law of attraction. When our day goes better, we sleep better at night and that is how my original sleeping…
meditation evolved into this. The law of attraction has worked for me, I’m 61 years old now and I became aware of this through The Nature of Personality: A Seth Book by Jane Roberts. I was in my early 20’s, living in New York City and literally living from hand to mouth, putting myself through college, auditioning for dance; I felt lost. The law of attraction transformed my life.
