You don’t need a real estate license to do deals, but it certainly does help. Things are a lot easier when you’re a realtor yourself, especially when it comes to connecting with other realtors. It helps get your foot in the door and helps boost your credibility. My friend David joins me here to talk about this whole topic. David’s an investor and a realtor in the St. Louis market and we’ve known each other for a long time.
