The Psalmist represents the Word of God by eight Hebrew words translated as Law, Testimony, Precept, Command, Ordinance, Statute, Word, and Promise. He relates how the Word is eternal, true, righteous, good and wonderful; how it saves, guides, disciplines, and heals; and how one learn to love the Word by meditation, obedience, loving others, seeking for understanding, abhorring evil and falsehood, and finally perseverance. Praise the LORD and preach His Word!

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and His followers must bear witness for the truth. They can do it well if they know what they believe and why they believe, and if they are filled by the Holy Spirit, as well the love for other souls.

Jesus is a disciple of God the Father, and He is a discipler of his followers. Each of us need to become both. We can learn how to do it well from the biblical examples of Jesus, Barnabas, Paul and Timothy.

Membership is a deep concept that originated from the ultimate being: the triune God. Membership is present in Old Testament Israel, the Universal Church, and the local church. Only by searching for the root can we find the right understanding and application.
