THREE MINUTES - ENERGY BALL MEDITATION
CHECK-IN: Before and after each practice I will invite you to check in and rate your stress level from 0 - 5.
0 = zero worries/stress, 5 = feeling like you're going to lose it.
From April 1 to April 30 I will offer you a mindfulness or meditation practice, starting with baby steps with one minute on April 1st to thirty minutes on April 30th.

These podcast episodes will be posted daily at 7am PST. Follow along daily for 30 days to create a meditation habit. Start anytime! To experience the cumulative effect of a daily practice, show up consistently, ideally at the same time every day and do your best. As each meditation gets longer and longer, you can choose to follow the daily meditation as offered or repeat your favorite meditations. Choose what helps you best stick to a daily practice. If a one minute mindfulness practice feels like all you can do right now, then repeat the day one meditation for 30 days in a row. Use these episodes to best support your experience and evolution with YOUR meditation practice!
