Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! In today’s episode I introduce you to metta meditation, also called loving kindness meditation (aka LMK.)
After I introduce the origins and benefits of LMK, I will guide you through a metta meditation with several breaks for silent reflection. There are many variations of loving kindness meditations. I will share one more with you tomorrow.
