Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! This is Amelia Andaleon and we are on Day 25 of our April Mindful Minute challenge! Wow, just 5 more days to go. Great work everyone!
Today I’m going to invite you to listen to your intuition and inner wisdom during your silent meditation. I will create space for silence with one interval bell, then another 10 minutes of silence and three bells signifying the end of your meditation. Then I’ll welcome you back.
