Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! Today’s mindful movement episode introduces you to a new moon affirmation, the theme of abundance, a gentle yoga, and fives minutes of deep rest in savasana.

New Moon Affirmation
I make space for love, abundance, and prosperity to flow to and through me.
CHECK-IN: Before and after each practice check in and rate your stress level from 0 - 5. Note if the number changed after your meditation.
0 = low
5 = high
