I started my podcast and being a parent and responsibilities had to pop in and out different times and different places and different days so this is how it goes we're all just hanging out smoking a little talking a little having a little fun.

I'm learning how to podcast and stream at the same time bare with me and join me on the journey 😉 I'm glad to build a community with you and if you are up for it we have more ways than one to meet up and this is so much fun.

I'm adding features and fun. I went live 6 days ago you get 14 days to watch on Twitch and 30 days if you subscribe. I will be doing my best to go live when I am podcasting there is the option of one or the other but I'm definitely bringing the focus together as one. The word of the year is #delayedgratification this year I will focus on the # choice. Last year was #lessselfishness and the year before was #tinybites ... I feel like if I share my thoughts and somebody can maybe take that on they'll have a new perspective on life that can influence them in a better way always, (Last Unicorn reference) if a unicorn won't regret anything I don't want to either.
