This is the last episode of season 1 and I'll be back in another month with so much good stuff and lots of new, interesting and regular content for the show so don't be a stranger and keep in touch with me and send me your feedback on the show so far so I get on the right track!
As for today, I'm rating and talking about my reads in these past 6 months and sharing with you my recommendations and thoughts on them. Please do send me your book recommendations as well, I'm always looking for something new to read. Today I discuss:
I'd love to stay in contact during my intermission and would love to hear your ideas for the next season. I am also looking for a pen-pal to write very aesthetic heartfelt letters too so if you're interested hmu. Thanks for Daydreamin with me during these episodes and I sincerely hope I entertained you or taught you something new, see y'all next month inshallah!

Hi people! I'm very excited to share today's episode because conversing is a really important part in all our lives, but so many people don't know how to have these conversations that they want to be having. So I really hope you guys find something useful in this episode and that you share it with someone you think will benefit from this. Hope you join me in the next episode <3
And I apologize for the audio changes and quality in this episode, I was recording a bit later in the morning so there was a lot more rush than usual. Will try my best to fix that next time!

Hey everyone! Today's episode is a little different, more on the science side. We learn about fear and how it develops, also how we treat it and how we can feel safe. Send me whatever questions you have and tell me if you learnt something new. What are your philosophical takes on fear?
