There is perhaps only one way to live in a place of inner peace. We try to conjure it will silence and solitude. God says it is His peace that transcends all understanding. It is beyond comprehension, yet it exists in the relationship we have with Jesus. Our surrender is to Him, not to nothingness. It is by keeping our thoughts on what is true and real, on trust in Him that we find rest and a peace-filled life.
