The first time the word ‘integrity” is used in the Bible, God used it to describe a pagan king instead of Abraham. We continue to learn from the life of Abraham and Sarah: this week about how important it is that what we Say, what we Believe, and what we Do line up together.

Pastor Jon continues the series on Abraham in Genesis 18:16-23, describing how God always takes the initiative in a relationship with us, even if we don't always recognize Him working in our lives.

Pastor Jon continues the series on Abraham by looking at Abraham's example of hospitality and reminds us that as Christians, hospitality should be our ministry, not only to fellow christians but also to unbelievers.

When God calls us to wait for something we deeply desire we are reminded to trust in His promises because he sees and hears even when he is silent.

In Romans 4, Abraham is called the “father of all who believe.” It’s not that Abraham had *perfect* faith, but he did have *growing* faith… and God reckoned it to him as righteousness.

Abraham’s life is a bit like a seesaw ride with lots of ups and downs. By allowing Lot to have his choice of the land, Abraham demonstrates an important spiritual lesson… Giving It All Up (or also known as the lesson of Opening Our Hands)

Backsliding is a sad, mysterious fact of life for many believers. When Abraham encounters an unexpected famine in the land, he makes a series of poor, backsliding choices, but God graciously brings him back to where he needs to be.

Pastor Jon begins the first part of an 11 part series called "Abraham: Justified by Faith". Today he opens the scripture to Genesis 11:26-12:4 to introduce Abraham, Sarah and their faith legacy.

Pastor Jon Young directs us to 1 Peter 2:1-3 and challenges us to hunger and desire after God's Word and to put aside anything that would lead us to sin.

Pastor Jon Young explains how we can follow Jesus in Living out Grace using Christ's example in 2 Corinthians 8:9
