In 1936 the Daytona Beach and Road Course held its first oval stock car race. Thousands attended the 3.2 mile course and eleven years later, NASCAR was formed at the nearby Streamline Hotel. Host Mike Hover (@hoverdrive) chats with stock car mechanic Hunter “Banjo” Campbell (Scott Hanks) who was in the pit that day.
