Gwyeth has a BS in Economics from James Madison University. After graduation Gwyeth worked as an analyst performing domestic and international cost of living analysis. He then transitioned to investing and worked as a proprietary equity trader for multiple New York based companies. His career turned to Allied Health where he became a prosthetist; designing, fabricating, and fitting prostheses for people with limb loss. He began investing in real estate in 2016 in an effort to create additional streams of income. To date he has co-sponsored 3 projects that total 664-units, he is a limited partner on an additional 1,134-units, owns 19-units and is set to close on another 42. Gwyeth created Rustic Capital in order to provide clients with an alternative to traditional investment models through investment in the multi-family real estate market.
