Nathan Milazzo is a 24-years old from Baton Rouge, LA, who has been an entrepreneur most of my life. He started a lawn business with his brother and a friend in high school and eventually grew that same business to 300k/ yr in gross revenue by the age of 22. He sold a small portion of that business last year but still own 100% of it today. He got into real estate because when he was mowing lawns all day he got tired of listening to music and started listening to podcasts about money. Eventually he found real estate around 18 and did his first wholesale at 19, bought his first SFR at 21 and his first 4 plex at 22. He is currently working on closing an 8-unit and 32-unit complex. His goal for this year is 100 units.
