BLUE BEETLE MOVIE REVIEW DC has obviously been going through some changes of late with their filmed content and Blue Beetle may, or may not be, the first in the new DCU. Honestly, it’s really just a stand alone, which is probably for the best as it really lets what works about it shine: the […]

THE FLASH MOVIE REVIEW In what may or may not be the last gasps of DC’s Snyder-verse (it’s always too soon to call what Warner Brothers is gonna actually do until you see it happening in a movie theater), Ezra Miller returns as the Scarlet Speedster, the Flash. This time around he is sad, remembering […]

BLACK ADAM MOVIE REVIEW So, from what it sounds like to me, The Rock walked right into WB offices, said, here, I’m Black Adam. Make the movie, and turned around and walked out. That’s my imagining of it anyway. I’ll tell you that DC’s latest super-hero film definitely feels like a bunch of executives scrambling […]

HARLEY QUINN SEASON 3 REVIEW Harley Quinn and the cob squad are back busting heads and wreaking havoc all throughout the grimy streets of Gotham.  We shall all celebrate their return in the ways of Themyscira.  We’re going to have a F*#ck’n Rager.  Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) want the world […]

THE SANDMAN SERIES REVIEW It’s that time again for ambitious actors with mad directors and masters of the written word attempting to adapt unadaptable beloved classics. Netflix presents their take on Neil Gaiman’s award winning comic series The Sandman. The excellent ensemble cast includes Patton Oswalt, Boyd Holbrook, Vivienne Acheampong, Gwendoline Christie, David Thewlis, Jenna […]

DC LEAGUE OF SUPER-PETS MOVIE REVIEW In this animated film from the pages of DC Comics, the story doesn’t follow the superheroes from the universe we know so well, but their pets. More specifically, Krypto voiced by Dwayne Johnson. Superman’s equally powered dog loves his life and loves his best friend Clark Kent. But one […]

DIGITAL NOISE EPISODE 300 – THE BIG THREE OH-OH FACE Chris and Aaron don’t have anything special planned for the big 300 episode I’m sad to say. Unless you count a show with pretty much all stuff we dug to one extent or another. From a DC hero filtered through Lupin III to one of […]

THE BATMAN MOVIE REVIEW A new version of the Batman mythos has been launched by director Matt Reeves (The Planet of the Apes trilogy) with Robert Pattinson donning the cowl and cape. It’s year two for Bats and he’s pretty pissed off. There is no ‘Bruce Wayne’ persona other than being known as a completely […]

PEACEMAKER SERIES REVIEW Continuing on where the post-credits scene in The Suicide Squad left off, this HBO Max eight-episode series explores what happens next for the anti-hero Peacemaker (John Cena) after his hospitalization. Of course, Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) isn’t going to let him go that easy and there are some of her subordinates, Jennifer […]

DOOM PATROL SEASON 3 SERIES REVIEW Time to get weird again as we dive into the third season of HBO Max’s adaptation of DC Comics’ “Doom Patrol”. After having its second season cut short due to the pandemic, the new batch of episodes starts off with wrapping up what was left hanging last year before […]
