Welcome back everyone! Looking forward to a super week within our learning community.  Our word of the week - respect.  Who do you have respect for and why?  Also, I share a poem by author Bentli B at the end of this podcast - be sure to check it out!  Also, Today in History, Read Across America events, we share our Student Lighthouse Team, and more!  Check it out!

Well, we did it.  How did that happen?  It is Friday and we are chugging along and it kind of makes me sad.  I share some student write-ups about courage, celebrate several student birthdays, do some Today in History, and review upcoming Read Across America for next week.  Exciting times!

Good morning all!  Loved hearing the list of things to be courageous for from Mrs. Stinson's room - Check these out!  We did a quick shoutout to birthday buddies in 2nd grade, celebrate some events from this day in history, emphasize recess zones (everyone must do their part), and discuss the upcoming Read Across America for next week - so amazing!

Have a super day everyone!

Here we are - Wednesday.  Enjoy the day!  We define courage, we discuss some 'Today in History' and the upcoming Read Across America we will celebrate next week.  Have a super day!

Welcome back everyone!  So excited for the week.  Hoping everyone had a relaxing 'extended' weekend.  Our word of the week - courage.  What does courage mean to you?  Also, we do some This Day in History, and celebrates several birthdays.  Enjoy the moments!

Good morning.  Wishing everyone slow, but steady travels to and from school/work today.  I celebrate birthdays from the week, some staff birthdays, some 'Today in History', 'free' food handed out to all kids today, and about tomorrow/Friday being an eLearning day (this has been known all year - it is a PD for all district teachers), and how Monday 'should' be no school - winter holiday (Shidler is 99.99999999% sure there is no school on this date).  I wish all of you safety in whatever you are doing.  Thank you for everything you do for our young learners.

Oh, yeah......word of the week is courage:)

I know, I know, you are tired of hearing Mr. Shidler telling the news.....well, it is a special day today!  This morning, students Sophia and Cora add their wit and humor to the morning episode.  Check out all that is going on in our learning community.  Thank you for tuning in! #PBIS
