DCS, Child Services, CPS and so on are being used regularly by criminals, racists, and people with an agenda to attack innocent families and reporters of crime as a means of retaliating against those individuals and targeting them for harassment, intimidation, and disruption. The majority of reports filed to Social Services fall under one of those reasons and are filed falsely. DCS and Law Enforcement need to make repeated, false reporting a felony. Imagine upsetting a group of career criminals by turning them in for legitimate crimes. As a law-abiding American, you do not think anything will happen short of direct reprisals against you, your family, or property. You would never think Social Services would buy into their retaliatory reporting when they visit the criminals to investigate. Then they show up at your house for allegations that repeatedly prove unfounded. It is happening to law-abiding citizens everywhere and more often than not to people who are of color and those who are immigrants for racial reasons. This must be stopped.
