Last time on Shadow of the Dragon Queen: The heroes crawl through the Priest’s Quarters of the Flying Citadel, and encounter literally every possible enemy in the process. However they did a wonderful job of redirecting much of the enemy after polymorphing into Kapak Draconians themselves. They met a Kender Vampire who quickly made friends with them and helped them explore and fight until she was nearly killed herself by four Wights. The heroes found themselves slowly whittled down as they have not had a long rest in nearly twenty four hours, and they only have two hours before the citadel can be stopped, or it will destroy Kalaman. In a last ditch effort, Bromly uses a Scroll to open a Gate to the Dome of Creation, calling out to Mishakal for aid. Will this spell the end of the heroes? Let’s find out!
