How to cater for friends this Christmas

Dexterous December

1. Eat unprocessed foods (as much as possible)

2. If you have dessert, you have to make it, AND you have to share it with friends, family or coworkers.

Dexterous means “showing you have skill, especially with your hands” – cooking is a skill with your hands.
