What do you want to ask one of the busiest guys on the planet?  A question about a DDPYOGA position or the gluten-free lifestyle?  Where he's going to be doing his next workshop?  How to handle a bout of emotional gravity?  Or maybe getting an update on the latest from The Accountability Crib?   DDP will be hosting with Team DDPYOGA members Robert, Sparky, and Stacey. Whatever the question, the hour is YOUR chance to tap into the expertise of one of the most in-demand fitness experts and motivational speakers around. Better yet, don't wait until the last minute to call (and we know some of you with the jitters either wait to the last minute or don't call at all!).  Take the pressure off yourself and e-mail your questions to Stacey now at [email protected] . DDP created the show as a forum for sharing questions, concerns, and triumphs that are part of the path to better health. It's a journey that never ends, which is why a supportive community is a crucial part of the process.
