And, if you have ever been on the road, whether it's a wedding or a family reunion, travel writers junkets for Stacey, and Trade Shows for Sparky, then you know that they feed you morning noon and night for FREE!  When there's tons of food and its free, it is an eye opener and a barometer as to where you might be emotionally in terms of food choices.  It's reality.  Can you hear it knocking?
