<p>I do this podcast as a labour of love and wanting to get more stories from the thousands of DDPYOGA Warriors out there.   Paul is one of many who inspires me every single day to just get off my ass and hit the mat. He's also a fellow L1 Instructor Trainee so it was great getting a few minutes of his time in-between his 5km bike rides and dragon slaying.</p>
