Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, en este capítulo probamos la cerveza Buena Bola de la cervecería Buqui Bichi de Sonora, una cervecería que comenzó con el sueño de hacerlo realmente negocio desde siempre, de la mano de los hermanos Luis Carlos y Ramón Osuna, pasión que comenzó, en Denver, Colorado, cuando Luis Carlos tubo sus primeras experiencias religiosas con el elixir de la cerveza.
Buena Bola, es una cerveza de linea de buquibichi, y según sus propias palabras " Es una cheve para disfrutar en la grada. Con un amargor sutil y la adición de cáscara de naranja, esta es la cheve del orgullo beisbolero. Ligera, refrescante y pisteable"
Vamos a ver que tan cierto es esto, y que tan de nuestro agrado fue este encuentro con Buena Bola.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, el maestro cervecero Arturo Cuellar, de cervecería Libertadores de Jiquilpan Michoacán, Nos comparte sus experiencias de sus inicios, y cual fue su primer amor cervecero, además que viene acompañado de la cerveza ganadora de la competencia internacional Aro Rojo, Drak Truffle, una cerveza que definió con terminología sencilla como un café expreso alcoholoso achocolatado, para los que apenas comienzan en este bello mundo cervecero.
Además discutimos sobre si es bueno o malo que la cerveza lleve adjuntos( ingredientes adicionales), y bajo que circunstancias.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, era el año de 1842 en una pequeña ciudad de Pilsen, Bohemia (hoy en día República Checa), Josef Groll, un joven cervecero que adquirió el oficio y el gusto por su padre, por la elaboración de la cerveza, comenzó a probar diferentes combinaciones de ingredientes.
Es en ese momento, cuando surge la leyenda que atribuye a un error en el tostado de la malta, el nacimiento de la primera Lager dorada de la historia.
Hoy en el año 2022 a 180 años de este incidente, tenemos en este episodio, a la cerveza que dio a luz a uno de los estilos más conocidos y consumidos a lo largo del mundo, estamos hablando de la Pilsner Urquell de República Checa, referente de como debe saber el estilo Pilsner.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, ¿han escuchado de Kozel Dark? Kozel es la cerveza checa más premiada del mundo que ha ganado más de 100 premios hasta la fecha, incluida la cerveza checa del año y medallas en los World Beer Awards.
La Kozel Dark es de estilo lager oscura, clasificada en algunos sitios como Munich y en otros como Dunkel, de color marrón oscuro, rojizo, con una cabeza bonita de espuma pegajosa, muy correcta.
El aroma es ligero, a caramelo y maltas tostadas. Y el sabor también peca de ligero, maltoso y sin mucho cuerpo; fácil de beber, y la clasica que te sirve para arrancar suave en una noche de cata de cervezas.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, en este episodio del día de la Candelaria, nos tocó probar una cerveza, muy, muy , muy restrictiva en disponibilidad, una cerveza que es limitada, que tienes que hacer fila para conseguirla, pero que gracias a las largas horas formadas del Buen Amigo Guity, y al gran corazón de Octavio que quiso compartirla, nos tocó (en todas la maneras posibles) esta deliciosa, épica, ostentosa, soberbia, y todos los calificativos que se les venga a la mente, "Grandma's Hands" de Stonecloud Brewing Company.
No queremos darle más palabras a esto, mejor que disfruten el episodio, tanto como nosotros esta magnifica cerveza.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, se nos había perdido este episodio que grabamos para nuestra primera temporada, y queremos ponerlo, ya que nos engalanó con su presencia el Borre Romerock, y platicamos de cervezas de transición, que las cervezas que nos ayudan a dar el brinco, de cervezas tradicionales, a cervezas artesanales y/o bien hechas.
Probamos la cerveza Alemana Karlsbrau Bock, una buena exponente que te aporta lo más que se puede lograr, por el precio, sin lugar a dudas no te sentirás robado si la compras, pues es la clásica BBB.
También platicamos de que tan importante es comenzar a generar la confianza con los hijos, para que cuando llegue el momento, podamos darles un buen acompañamiento en el mundo de la cerveza.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, regularmente las grandes cervecerías nos tienen acostumbrados, a que toda cerveza se tiene que beber lo más fría posible, esto sobre todo debido a que dichas cervezas, al momento de calentarse saben muy mal y las grandes compañías, lo que buscan es evitar que se liberen esos defectos, que en olor y sabor, son desagradables.
Aún que es digno reconocer que algunos estilos, saben bien fríos, una cerveza bien hecha, jamas debes tomarla al punto de congelación, pues no te permitirá disfrutar en plenitud, sus sabores y olores.
Tal es el caso de la cerveza Alemana Celebrator, una cerveza estilo Doppel Bock que sin lugar a dudas pensaras a la mitad de tu cata, que es otra cerveza totalmente diferente a la que empezaste a tomar.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, en esta ocasión nuestro set se vuelve a engalanar con la presencia de uno de los mejores cerveceros artesanales en estilos de alta graduación alcohólica que ha dado el gremio, nos referimos al Padre Dios "Arturo Cuellar" fundador de Cerveza Libertadores de Jiquilpan Michoacán, que sin lugar a dudas tiene un balance optimo en relación precio-calidad en su gama de cervezas de especialidad.
En esta ocasión probamos su cerveza American Barley Wine "IMMA" cuyo significado en Hebreo es "Madre" en honor a su compañera de vida y madre de sus hijos, y que mejor manera de homenajearla que con esta deliciosa y sin lugar a dudas exquisita creación.

Amigos de cerveza y otras mamadas, saben que la ley de pureza alemana sólo permite 4 ingredientes básicos para la elaboración de una cerveza: Malta, Lúpulo, Levadura y Agua, todo lo adicional se le llama Adjunto.
Hoy cerramos nuestra temporada navideña de capítulos con una cerveza que ademas de los 4 ingredientes mencionados, también lleva chiles, que a primera impresión pudiera sonar algo arriesgado, pero una vez que la pruebas, te dejará bastante asombrado.
