Oils such as eucalyptus, marjoram, peppermint, clary sage, lavender, roman chamomile, almond, grapeseed, ginger and tea tree all can help with sore muscles. Recommended instead of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) which have numorous side effects.
